Open to college students in KY, IN, IL, TN, OH, and WV

No more than 3 students per team, 1 person teams are OK too

Creative brief will be announced the morning of the competition

Teams will have most of the day on Friday to create a visual solution and prepare a presentation
-
Professional creatives serving as mentors and will check in with all teams and give objective feedback during the event

Each team will have 5 minutes to present their final solutions to the judges

9:00 AM (EST) / PROJECT INTRO
We'll gather for a light breakfast, quick meet 'n greet, competition overview, and we'll announce the client and creative brief. All participants must be present.
9:15ish AM (EST) / LET'S DO THIS!
Teams break out into groups; workspaces are available throughout the building.
9:30 AM - Noon (EST) / JUST KEEP SWIMMING
Design and creation time.
12:30 PM - 1:30 PM (EST) / LUNCH
Fuel those creative juices! Lunch is provided on site.
1:30 PM - 4:15 PM (EST) / AFTERNOON PUSH!
Finalize design decisions and prep required items. Be sure to double check that brief!
4:30 PM (EST) / FILES DUE
Upload all files and final presentation and get ready to present and show off your awesome work!
5:00 PM (EST) / PRESENTATIONS & JUDGING
Each team will present to our judges. Time slots will be assigned. In the spirit of honesty and transparency, all participants will be asked to leave their computers and electronic devices (phones, iPads, etc.) in a locked/secured location prior to entering the auditorium.
7:00 ish PM (EST) / AND THE WINNERS ARE...
Brief comments from the judges and announcements of winners. Time of winner announcements will depend on amount of teams we have participating.
